5 – A – Side Football Tournament 2017

It is a great pleasure for us to invite all football players to participate in the ‘5-A-Side Football Tournament 2017’.The tournament will be held at our Alhamra Town Campus situated at plot no. 281 Alhamra Town, Post Office Thokar Niaz Baig next to the Architect Society & PCSIR Phase – II, Lahore.

Kindly note the following details to register your respective teams:

  1. The tournament will be held from 23rd – 24th December 2017.
  2. Timings will be as follows:

Sat-Sun: 01:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

  1. It will be a ‘5 Vs 5’ tournament.
  2. The tournament is ‘open to all ages.’
  3. Each team will consist of a minimum of 6 and maximum of 8 players.
  4. The teams must have a team manager and a captain.
  5. The registration fee is 2,000/- per team, to be paid in cash.
  6. The closing date for receiving the list of players and the registration fee is 20th December 2017.
  7. Cash prizes worth 45,000/- will be awarded.
  8. Please contact the tournament coordinators (mentioned below) for submission of the players’ list along with registration fee.

Note:

  1. Entries are limited, selection will be made on first come first served basis.
  2. The teams will not come necessarily for both days i.e. 23rd – 24th December 2017. The dates and time slots of matches for each team will be intimated after the draws.
  3. Inappropriate behaviour or any kind of misconduct will lead to disqualification.
